Dress Code
Seniors
All senior dancers are required to have a change of sports wear/dance clothes for each class. This includes a shirt, dance shoes (running shoes will not be allowed) as well as pants, shorts, leggings or skirts (with shorts worn underneath). Long hair must always be tied in a ponytail, bun or braid.
Jazz shoes or ballet flats are preferred types of dance shoes.
Skirts are MANDATORY for senior girl dancers. Please remember it should be just past the knee in length and loose at the bottom (resembling our costume skirts).
Concert/Performance Requirements:
White undergarments and t-shirts under costumes for all.
White tights and black character shoes for girls.
PolyProPolanie girls will require fake braids, however all Polanie senior girls are encouraged to have fake braids. Hairstyles are to be uniform across group (as instructed prior to any performance).
PolyProPolanie:
Members must be approved before applying and may only join by group consensus.
Proficiency in multiple regional dances required.
Fake braids/extensions required for performances. Hairstyles are to be uniform across group (as instructed prior to any performance).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Intermediates & Beginners
